We purchased a home a few months ago and all of our appliances were selected through ADU. Their showroom has the most complete selection of brands and appliances that we have ever seen, and it is very well organized. The best part of ordering through ADU though, is their staff. The staff member we spoke with most often, is Tammy Bowers. She is their client account manager and we highly recommend consulting with her for any appliance needs. Tammy is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a concern with one of the appliances and when we contacted Ms. Bowers, she immediately put us at ease and resolved the issue beyond our expectations. There are many words of praise that are well-deserved, but the fact that she was so polite and helpful, going the extra mile, while making us feel valued, will keep us as loyal customers. While planning a kitchen renovation, my old dishwasher died, and any new one was expected a year from now. I looked at many websites and called many appliance stores, and Luis at ADU was able to find me a floor model, exactly what I wanted. He worked with me to get it here around a vacation, checked all the pictures of it to make sure there was nothing wrong, and was diligent in his follow up. I can't say enough good things about the customer service he, and ADU provided to me. I'll be back there for any other appliances that I need.

Yep! The showroom is mostly kitchen appliances but they have them on their website.

ADU does sell all these appliances from many manufacturers and has installation options as well.
They don't sell used appliances but often have floor models and closeouts for sale.
