Beautiful temple! It is under remodeling and adding additional rooms. I will like to see it when it is completed.

Amazing temple built in the 1800s. It is now undergoing extensive restoration therefore we could not enter. I look forward to visiting after construction has been completed.

The stark white building surrounded by red hills is quite the sight to see in the Saint George, Utah area. The symbolism on this temple is also fantastic from the terraced fortress walls to the beehive staircase at the front steps.

It’s a sanctuary. Nothing like being in a holy place and at peace. The grounds are beautiful with paths to walk on and flowers to smell. Nice photo opps. The Visitor’s Center is lovely and a great place to take visitors to. Family friendly. It’s undergoing a renovation right now. Worth still seeing ❤️

Ryan, Yes you can rent temple clothing; go to the temple clothier.
I would call the Temple for that information.
Only if you are going through for yourself for the first time, if you are bringing a large group of people, and sometimes at the smallest of temples will you need an appointment to do Endowment sessions. Hit the like button if this helps please!
No, but you should get right on it after that.
The baptistry is always fairly busy, especially now that it is summer, but if you go early enough you should be okay. I would recommend calling and getting an appointment
Lol it must just be showing you places related to religious searches.
Go to your bishop and stake president for a new one.
The St. George temple opens at 6:30 Monday through Saturday closed on Sunday. On Monday the temple closes at noon and Tuesday through Saturday it closes at 8pm. The first endowment session always starts at 7:20 and then proceeds every 40 minutes afterward ending at 11:20am on Monday and 8pm Tuesday through Saturday. Click like if this helped! Thank you.
Hi Stacie, 8:15pm is the last possible moment... But, you must be there and signed in. So, if you walk in at 8:13p, and they are busier than usual, you will likely miss out on your desired worship experience.
No, it is closed from September 9-21
There are tours throughout the day of the grounds and visitors' center. It's beautiful! I believe the. Visitors' center opens at 9 am.

Temple clothes?
So far I know starting November 4 2019 will be closed for renovación
Yes, the Deseret Book locations there also have a section for temple clothing. They're not sold anywhere at the temple grounds.
In most temples you can, ask a worker for instructions.
Noon
You don't have to but you can.
This location is a temple reserved for special ceremonies only, it is not a church meetinghouse. Temples don't have elders But are overseen by a presidency consisting of 3 men and their wives (matrons). The current president (2019) is Randy Wilkinson. If you are looking for elders of the church, enter your contact information at mormon.org/site/missionaries and they will get in touch with you.
I believe only for large groups. Otherwise, you can just go to the baptistry and you can help as needed.
Pres. Randy W. Wilkinson since 2016. So I guess there will be a new one called this year. BTW: Google is your friend. ;-)
I'm pretty sure the visitor center closes at 10 pm. The temple has sessions for members until around the same time. And I'm not sure what you mean by mj. The temple will be shut down for maintenance in November of this year and will reopen in 2021
7:00 am. But you can come early to sign in because there's often a line by 7:00. If you need to be through by a certain time, go early. 6:30 or earlier. No appointments at the St. George temple.
Ashley is right. You can always go earlier and pray or study scriptures while you wait.
There is no housing available for patrons or temple workers, but I believe the housing nearby is for the missionaries who staff the visitor center and local historic sites.
It will be open Monday the 24th
No the St. George temple is closed until the end of the month for cleaning.
Yes, they do
They ask that you call the Temple, for the information and schedule.
8 p.m. friday night is probably the least busy.
St George temple is one of 9 temples that do not have a Moroni on the top. When it was built the Moroni wasn't used.
Plus for right now the temple is closed for cleaning. Will open back up on Monday the 3rd of April. I believe.
Im not sure i would think it would be same hours as weekly
You can just ask them yourself. :)
