I was at the Gucci boutique (Short Hills Mall) yesterday, (8/11/22) and cannot say enough nice things about the experience. This was especially great considering I had been at the Gucci store at King of Prussia Mall a few days earlier and was treated like garbage, and that’s putting it mildly. Yesterday I was greeted by a very kind and friendly gentleman at the door, then welcomed by a salesperson. I asked to speak to a manager because of an exchange I needed to do. The salesperson walked me right over to Elizabeth, the store manager. I explained my situation to her. She was very understanding and said she’d be happy to take care of this exchange. She then introduced me to Diana, another sales person. Diana helped me with a few pair of shoes until I found just the right ones and then completed the transaction. This was the EXACT transaction that I tried to do a few days earlier at the King of Prussia Gucci store. The manager there wouldn’t even come speak to me. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Short Hills boutique. Everyone was very professional, very kind, friendly & helpful. If I could give ZERO stars to the Gucci store at KoP Mall I would. Their customer service was HORRIBLE.

if i could give zero stars i would. bought gucci slides about a year ago and maybe wore them 5 times. went to go put them on for the first time in months and the one shoe on the left side was lifted on the bottom and didn’t fit right. this should not happen to a shoe that is over 300$ that was barley even worn. so i brought them to the short hills store and they told me it would be about 5-7 days before i heard from anyone it was day 7 and i decided to call to check on the repair the rude man on the phone actually laughed at me and told me i made it up and that it was a 3-4 week policy for repairs and the people in the store said 5-7 days. i then get a text saying they looked at them and there’s no way they can fix them but they can mail them back for free. so i got a phone call from the manager shortly after and basically she said oh well. i will NEVER ever buy anything from gucci ever again the quality of there stuff is so poor and they are completely over priced and they don’t help you if something goes wrong. so disappointed. do not recommend gucci slides or there customer service to anyone 0/10.

What a great experience I had here! Faith restored! Taylor was absolutely wonderful. I was there for a specific item...she looked it up and discovered there was one in stock and she didn't give up until she found it. She was kind, cordial and made me feel appreciated. She noticed I was hot so she immediately offered me a water! The next day, I received a text from her thanking me for my business. Taylor earned a loyal customer! Thank you for everything!

VERY poor experience here. On May 13th my husband bought me a pair of the classic thong sandals & worked with a rep to order it online since the size wasn’t available at the shirt hills location. It was shipped to our home however it didn’t fit so we needed a different size. On May 19 I drove to the Short Hills location with the boxed item only to be told the rep who assisted us was not in and that only he can process the change of size. Whether he was the rep who initially assisted us to place the order or not, it’s ridiculous that because he was off nobody else was able to assist- esp since I’d driven all the way there. They gave me his cell & was told he’d contact me within 24hrs. I contacted him a day & 1/2 later via text & call & got no response. I called the general Gucci number since you can’t call the store directly- waited on a long hold, then they said they’d email the store w/ my inquiry. He reached out 2.5 days later, stating he was off & confirmed the new size had been ordered. It’s now June 2, my Amex was charged on May 13, yet to date there’s been zero update on my order. Attempts to call him have been unsuccessful. This has been a very deplorable customer service experience and makes me not even want the shoe.
