If you're thinking of booking a venue in Philadelphia, THIS IS IT! I have been dreaming about my wedding day since I was little and they blew my expectations out of the water. Truly, I cannot recommend this venue, this catering and this staff enough. Everything is perfection. Alaina and Chris specifically are the dream team to work with. If you're looking for two people who will make your day unbelievably personalized, special and EASY then they are your team. The bridal suite was 10/10, they provided us with breakfast + lunch and amazing photo opportunities throughout the day. They allowed all my vendors to come in early, set-up with ease. Alaina from the very start has been incredibly accommodating to all of our requests. She made sure to check-in on us any chance she could throughout the night and with a smile! Chris, the GM, just wow. He was there our entire day and did so many things for us that made the night run smoothly and made it SO FUN. For ex, they surprised us with EXTRA dessert stations for our guests, had an Arts Ballroom Surprise for my husband and I (you'll have to book to find out) and a Champagne waterfall where my husband and I had a special moment with just us. They allowed us to customize our bar menu, got speciality beer for us, and had drinks in our hands all night long. I wish we could go back and do it all over again and again because it was the most perfect day. THANK YOU ARTS BALLROOM!

INCREDIBLE time with our bridal party and my best friend and her now husband from this past weekend! Cannot thank Chris the event manager and all the staff for an excellent time. The cocktail hour was so wonderful, very beautifully put together and eased right into our main course then the venetian hour. We were STUFFED! You will not leave unsatisfied, their high class food and cocktail menus, welcoming staff and spacious and beautiful view no wonder I am still dreaming of it all!! I wasn't even the one getting married! 10/10 would recommend again and again.

We got married at Arts Ballroom on 5/27/22 and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From our first meeting with Alaina we knew that Arts Ballroom would be our dream venue for our wedding. Alaina was quick to answer any and all questions I had during the planning process. The staff was amazing on our wedding day and very attentive to my husband, our guests, and myself. Alaina, Mike, Ed and Sheena were so great! I couldn't have imagined a better crew to help us organize our wedding day.

We are able to assist in arranging parking through a third party valet service or prepaid group parking.
To my knowledge it does allow private catering , and the prices vary. When i was having 50 guest it was $75 per person. However with up to 100 guest or more the price comes down. But I'm a non profit organization so they offered a small discount . Also, prices maybe cheaper if you are catering yourself. I hope this helped you. It's a very beautiful place with awesome employees very well worth it. Also If you looking for reasonable ballrooms or event space I also would recommend checking out Galdos catering very reasonable and beautiful starting at about $39 per person food included and it's delicious .

We arranged for them to provide parking with the garage across the street for all of the guests. There was a fee for the parking to the party organizer but we didn't charge the guest for the parking. We provided the guests with a ticket to validate their parking ticket and their parking was free to them. Totally worth every penny. They guests had a great time and was very appreciative of the free parking. Without the arranged parking the fee would have been $20-$25.
The Arts Ballroom only accommodates one wedding at a time.
Parking is available in the parking garage directly across the street.
