I rented this beautiful space for my sister’s baby shower. I live in Boston and I needed to organize this event from a far since my sister lives in Philly. The owner and the Clear House team provided top notch service!! They have great prices and packages. The space was very clean and they include so much such as: the sound system, tables, chairs and more! I can’t wait to plan my nephew’s first birthday party there! Thanks again!! 😊

Hello. We can not host that many ppl. 50 is our max capacity. The price is $675 plus tax. $75 is the incidental fee. That is refundable.
