Went in there to cash a check written out from their bank. They still charged us $5.00 to cash their own check.

Horrible service. Why should my business continue to bank with Wells Fargo? They have the worst service and for some reason they are closing drive thru service. So not only do you wait in line for a very long time but also have to deal with rude tellers. Go else where with your money.

One of the few branches that is open on Saturday anymore and it's so busy that they can't keep up. Don't try to visit a banker.

I made an appointment to deposit an insurance check a couple of weeks ago. When I arrived, they had no records of the appointment and told me they don't make appointments. A couple of weeks later I came in to deposit the other half of the check, but then was told I should have made an appointment. She then ends the conversation by saying it might be best I don't go to their branch. Everyone here is brainless, rude, and barely speak English. I guess it might be best for everyone to attend another branch.
