Home Buyers Beware of using Wells Fargo as your lender. I am a Realtor in Utah and have been in this industry since 2010. There have been 2 deals in my career that have had to be saved on behalf of my clients they were both home buyers who had chosen to work with this institution because their business accounts were with them, both clients almost lost their homes at the last week before closing and we're going to lose their earnest money which was in the range of $20,000 and all they said was sorry write a complaint. The loan officers were unprofessional and untimely in handling the contract even when given ample amount of time to make sure if there were any issues the buyer could cancel and receive their earnest money back.

Great customer service, poorly informed bankers. For this case I was told they would close an account and call me the day after to inform so. Because it would damage monthly accounts closed or something like that... he didnt do so and I had to ask several times on three occasions until the issue was resolved. Great people but shouldnt make false promises that take such a hassle and effort to resolve. Update: since writing this review the quality of the staff and service is superb. I'm sorry, but a local credit union doesn't even come close to the amount of training and different specialized people Wells has! Definitely a big fan of a person "even the bank manager" greeting you as you enter the branch.

Even though this branch is farther for me than some of their other locations, I go out of my way to go to this location! The staff is always so friendly and the lines are shorter. I never feel like I’m bothering staff when I need help- like I have felt at some other locations. I always feel appreciated when I go here and the tellers go out of their way to make you feel that way!

They have always been extremely friendly when it comes to customer service. I've never had a problem that they couldn't fix with ease. Bankers and tellers value your time. They will get you in and out in quickly make sure your needs are met. They will greet you quickly and cordially every time. I have nothing bad to say. I've had some bad experiences at another big bank recently but never Wells Fargo.

How much is a balance for what? We talking an advisory account, a checkings/savings or how about a secured credit card. Your question is too vague I'd recommend stepping into a branch.
