First request for an estimate (a fairly large one also) no one ever got back to me. This work order was taken care of elsewhere. Fast forward, I gave them another try and called for an (Inner/Outer Tie Rod replacement) The estimate was beyond belief, over $600 for a repair that is approximate 45 to an hour assuming they have a skilled mechanic (I hope they do) When I asked about providing my own part they states they do not take outside parts from customer (Monopolizing at it's best) I Kept researching and found a place nearby that specialize in Mini Coopers and BMW. I made arrangements and got my car back under 1 hour for a total of $136 to replace the inner and outer tie rod on driver side. I was able to provide the oem assembly and it all went smooth as butter. Businesses can do as they please, First issue was the no call no email regarding my initial inquiry (Thank God cause it may have been 20k estimate) and the last and most recent, in my opinion "highway robbery" I dis not use their services and my review is based on my communication with them. If you visit their instagram or call it is very high tech/fancy which makes sense why such outrageous charges 😮 anyhow, they are in business but I would give them mine or recommend them. All we need to do is research and compare and you just might save a buck or a thousand $$$$

All I can say is that they are crooks. I paid close to 20k in repairs and they made me change and claimed they repaired everything and never got the problem I took it for fixed. I have all the receipts for all the charges and all the emails full of lies from them and am in the process of filing a lawsuit. Took it to another shop and I couldn’t be happier. They even charged me for a privacy screen for the driver side back door that they broke took them Over 3 months to get the part and never installed after charging me. To say that they are crooks is an understatement. BEWARE!!!
