Kenny is my go to person, and he is both kind, patient, and honest. He's helped me acquire multiple timepieces for both myself and my significant other. We have nothing but great things to say about Lenox Jewelers, especially Maria! She helped my fiance pick out an amazing engagement ring last year and guided him through the whole process. We loved the ring and customer service so much, that we wanted to return there to buy our wedding bands. We since have moved out of state, but were going to be in the Fairfield area for a weekend so we emailed Maria to see if we could stop in and look for wedding bands. Maria had off that weekend, but still offered to come in on her day off and help us pick out rings! She was so incredibly helpful during the whole process for picking out both of our bands. Even though we live out of state, we will be returning there for any future fine jewelry needs!

Jake the salesman was incredibly kind and helpful in my search for the perfect timepiece. He was exceptionally patient and informative while offering deep passion and industry knowledge for each brand. Every time I went into the store everyone was so kind and welcoming and Katharine helped me set up my watch and answer all of my questions. Hello, thank you for reaching out! We are following CDC guidelines and suggestions. We practice social distancing, regular cleaning, we require masks to be worn in our store, we offer masks if needed upon your visit, hand sanitizer as well as gloves and cleaning wipes. We also practice safe cleaning protocol on any watches and jewelry that is handled by a customer or staff member. We also offer curbside pick up and drop off for your convenance. Thankyou!

The prices of watch batteries can range depending on the brand of watch and type of water resistance the watch requires. But to give you a general idea they start at $10 and go up from there.
