This shop is one of the few I get such great recommendations for. Ivan helped me with installing a exhaust that was supposed to be "bolt on" but they got on the exhaust that didn't have a large enough adapter to keep my cat-back on to the downpipe. They still got it on were very transparent about the situation and showed it to me and I was able to get a larger adapter from a muffler shop. The best part is i didn't have a way to keep my trunk closed from the old exhaust I was gonna keep and they gave me a bungee cord that helped keep my lid down so i could see behind me on the way home. They didn't have to do this and did anyways (they did say they may not have anything to help me with that but still looked and I knew there may be nothing for me and i'd have to drive with it up but it was nice that they were able to) My second visit was really easy just a oil change, haldex service (all wheel drive system), DSG service. They let me know i could drop it off and come back at the end of the day but I didn't have a person to take me back home so they went ahead and after the cool down period for my car started it up in the air draining all the fluids and putting new ones in. I like that they use only Liqui Moly fluids that meet or exceed Audi/VW's specs. The service prices were reasonable and done in a much more timely fashion that I anticipated. I like how they are very upfront with letting me know they can only support X amount of cars at a time but try to help as many people in a timely fashion as they can. I already scheduled my next visit to get a OEM Front mount intercooler.

Great service! They do a great job at a reasonable price. They don’t make you do more than you need. Hard to find a good, honest mechanic. Have been working on a project car with them and could not have picked a better shop!
