Why business of company or any customer services IGNORE me on my emails??? I try ASKING QUESTIONS about LED strip lights. Because I FINISHED talked about LED floodlight. I NOT use phone calls because I am hearing impaired. Only on email. Very sorry!

We are about to launch our new rope light product end of September 2020. It will be RGB with dynamic color modes (LED displaying different colors capabilities).
