Lived here since 2014 and I love it. The apartments were recently renovated and are modern and beautiful. The management and maintenance is superb. Look no further. This is an affordable yet high quality community to live in. The grounds are kept up year round. It's lovely and green. Nice neighbors and perfectly located 10 minutes from anywhere you're going in Ft. Lauderdale. Highly recommended.

It is promoted as a senior development. Best to call them and check since things can change over time.

I dont know. I think around 1200.00 monthly. Small nice community. I have a cleaning company and do alot of housekeeping for a bunch of tenants in there.
No but in the clubhouse. In the apt you have to get your own wifi.
When I visited this nice property the office gave me a sheet that showed minimum and maximum incomes based on how many people are in the apartment. If you call the office they'll tell you in a minute. Best of luck.
Rent as far as I know is a set rent depending on if unit being rented is a one or two bedroom income from work and social security and income from investment and savings retirement accounts are considered and must be under a set limit for all combined which was about $31,000 per year as of 2 years ago would need to speak with Susan to get updated information

We have washer and dryers in each building, on each floor. No hook up in the apartment.
