Someone already asked if these apartments were income based and the answer was "yes". Does that mean a senior citizen pays 30 percent of their monthly income?

Rent as far as I know is a set rent depending on if unit being rented is a one or two bedroom income from work and social security and income from investment and savings retirement accounts are considered and must be under a set limit for all combined which was about $31,000 per year as of 2 years ago would need to speak with Susan to get updated information
