Need to change hours of operation. Sunday at 11:15pm should be open but they were closed. The hours are wrong.

The worst of the worse. Arriving to order inside the premises and nobody came out to attend to me. Waiting for 15 minutes and they only told me right away they help her but no one came to take the order. The place was dirty and the tables too. Bad smell. I don't give it even 1 star.

I ordered a WP combo chicken tender along with other items. Also did request a bunch of sauces. When I pick the items I asked the person to make sure whether he included all in the package. He reconfirmed everything. I did not open the two bags because it was closed and stapled. But when I reach home and open, THERE were NO TENDERS or sauce packs. I am not worried about the sauce but NO TENDERS when I order it. Really dissapointed. I will never step closer to a sonic ever. Really bad.

Sadly we continue to visit this location because it is the only Sonic close to our home.. I can’t even begin to describe how badly this location is in need of some type of supervision. I assume there is a huge lack of management and training here because the service is horrible and looking at all of the other reviews, you can confirm that. I’ve had several bad experiences with the workers here.. but my last visit was the cherry on top. The young lady at the window is extremely rude. Handed over the ice cream blasts and then immediately shut the window in our faces and left to the far back. We stayed staring at her to see if she would come back to the window because we couldn’t even get the chance to ask her for napkins or even a cup holder, the cups were all sticky and full of syrup all around. We decided to head out because she clearly wasn’t gonna come back to the window until we left. In conclusion, responding to these complaints with a “call this phone number” won’t fix anything, no one has the time to call these hotlines to complain specially when you know nothing is going to change. Even McDonald’s beats these shakes/blasts & service.. 🥴 lol
