Estimate was done via photos. Pj photos were reviewed by the company's representative. Was advised I will need only one truck. I have told the company that it is a condo building and there is a short window to remove garbage. Only 3 hours. I was assured that the job will be done in time. Nevertheless, the company's agents arrived an hour late. Only 2 people showed up with a tiny cart. They said that the time frame is too short and they will need more then one trip. The company was contacted. Customer service/manager advised that the owner will contact me within 20 min. If he doesn't, to call back the manager. None called back: not the manager, not the owner. Manager never picked up again. I paid $100 to reserve the elevator. I took half a day off to meet the garbage company. Unacceptable service and misleading representation of what the company does. They fraudulently misrepresented and I relied on their statements. Because I work full time, I'm limited as to how many hours I can take off of work. Moreover, the way they treat their clients is a shame. My consumers rights violated and I want to make sure that it doesn't happen to another hard working citizen. Unfortunately, the company is luring in customers and do it in a way that a customer will have no choice but to agree to a second truck to pick up garbage due to the fact that a day off of work was already taken and an elevator already reserved and paid for

August 2022. Service was fast, but way overpriced!! Needed a few chairs to unfortunately be taken out last minute and since I couldn’t really shop around had to pay over $200!! Definitely not worth it, also a lamp was broken and was not given any type of discount for the damage. If you have time - shop around for better removal service!!

Once we schedule a free no-obligation estimate we will send a team of 2 employees to your site to assess the situation. At that time we look at the items we will provide you with a price based on volume. Once you agree to the price we will start removing the items until completed. After the items have been loaded into our branded junk king truck, we will sweep up the area and process the invoice via a mobile device.
We do light demolition such as small sheds or fences but do not demolition anything that is connected to your building structure.
