This VaCuba office is located in Hialeah Gardens, heavy traffic all around but it’s conveniently situated in a big Plaza with lots of parking spaces, I was treated like family, within minutes we were talking like we knew each other from a long time, the process of the passport renewal was explained thoroughly and they made sure that the phone number I gave them was the correct one. Will come back for all the renewals and other services.

They are impossible to get a hold of… I renewed my Cuban passport in March and we are now in July and they have not given me a status update about the whereabouts of my passport. I’ve called multiple times I’ve sent them WhatsApp messages and no response.
