Never had a birthday there, contact the manager to assist with finding that information
There were a couple of tables outside, but it didn't look like they were set
The only thing that makes it a happy hour is the restaurant makes a lot of money on it
I would call Bonefish Grill for that info.
They do have a separate menue with lower cost alternative on it certain days of the week. But they serve from that menue all night.
