Horrific customer service from sonia!!! I understand sometimes theres nothing you can do about late fees but the attitude given is disgusting. I spoke to a Brittany after and she was so helpful and sincere about her apologies.

Feeling like going back to 80's...why customers need to come to the office to setup a new account when all that is required is an application an ID and a credit card for the payment...? All should be online...

My water bill was very high 2month in a row. I wanted to order a reread and by mistake I shut off. I got up and found no water. Because I have my 96 years old mom here I requested an emergency turn on. The answer is not until tomorrow. No compassion. And yes I have to pay reconnection fee.

We are moving out of our house is Lake Worth, FL 33467 on 6/17/21 and the new owners of the house move in on 6/18/21. I already paid my current bill on 6/7/21 but I'll need to pay the remaining water bill through 6/17/21. How can I pay what is owed up to this date and how will the new buyers (Owners) of our house continue the water service?

What do I need to do if my outside faucet is extremely difficult to turn on or off? Does PBCW repair the problem?

Irma Dunninger | Sep 13, 2021
Palm Beach County Water Utilities Dept. Customer Care Center | Sep 13, 2021

Fixtures including faucets on the exterior of the house would be the homeowner's responsibility. PBCWUD maintains the meter box and underground infrastructure leading away from the meter box to the water mains underground. Homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and faucets in the interior of the home, and the exterior, connecting from the home to the meter box. A plumber might be able to assist with interior or exterior faucets.
