The only fast food I will patronize. Good quality, fair price, fast service. This was no exception. Also, they are always closed on Sunday, the day of rest, and they hire high school and college kids giving them a chance.

The overall service has declined in the past year or so. Customer service isn't what it use to be.

Manager was rude and most likely having a bad day. That is understandable however, he took that frustration out on the customer's.

I ordered a large order for delivery and the driver left my food at my gate, which is nowhere near my home. He claimed that he couldn’t access the gate (not true). It was only when I checked the app that is said delivered that I called with no response I have called several times over the past few weeks and today I made another attempt for a refund. I was stunned when I received a call from Bella, the manager who advised I would not be getting a refund because the food was left at my gate ! She further stated that it’s been 3 weeks. Yes, it has because no one called me back! I just can’t believe that this manager thinks it’s okay. Bella and Chick-fil-A, please do better.
