I went to this saks to exchange a YSL bag I bought online for a different color. The salesperson refused to do an exchange and made me rebuy the bag, and returned the first bag to the original card which I didn’t have on me. I later realized she wanted the commission and sacrificed my experience as a customer so she got credit for the sale. I ended up paying almost 4K for a 1700 purchase all because she was greedy. Disgusting behavior. Next time I’ll buy directly from YSL.
