Having heard of their stellar reputation, I brought in a family heirloom pendant necklace for repairs. I was very concerned about this piece as it has both sentimental and monetary value, and it was my 1st visit to the store. The staff at this location were very professional, explained to me what needed to be done, what would be the cost, and how long it would take. I could not have been more impressed with the outcome!! My pendant was perfect!! My family who'd worn it before me were smiling from above :)

My experience with The Jewelry Doctor was great! Wes was beyond helpful and him and the team helped me find the perfect gem stone for my engagement ring. I originally had opal and they did their best to restore it. End the end it had to be replaced. I got my engagement ring back a few days ago and I am in awe of its beauty!
