I waiting my employment drug test 1 week I am very disappointed

I was at this Hampton location today and was treated so rudely that I will never return. I will also make sure that my family and friends will not go and I will be filing a complaint with my healthcare provider as they recommended us to go here. We have been here before and had a great experience, but the rudeness today was too much. I believe that her name was Dory or something along those lines. She treated me with such disrespect. She has NO business working with the public. I had a few questions and she was very condescending and even raised her voice at me to stop moving when all that I did was turn my head. She is an absolute disgrace to have as someone that is a face of your company dealing with the public.

Blatantly ignore patients in the waiting room in order to avoid having to explain why patients are seen “out of order.” Don’t bother using the ‘walk in now’ feature from the website - your spot will not be held in line, you will be ignored. You are better off to simply walk in, bring a charger and some water/snacks, and set up camp for a while. Can only place some of the blame on this specific location (like ignoring patients that have been waiting, whose names have been bounced all around the queue and reflected numerous different wait times; being extremely unfriendly and/or intentionally causing discomfort/pain when a patient does question the waiting process) as some of the “walk in versus appointment” policies seem to be set by Quest Diagnostics at a corporate level. Just super disappointing, as these folks have a monopoly over local outpatient laboratory services.We are sorry if this was your experience, Emily, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We were seen within 3 minutes of arriving for our appointment this morning. The phlebotomist was wonderful with my 1yo's blood work, no tears or stress at all.
