We had a family reunion here. It’s a very nice park. The ranch house was a great location for a gathering. On the way to it we noticed a structure. It’s a fountain of youth. You should go see it.

Great place for biking, hiking, walking or jogging. Boat access areas and kayaking was a fun experience in the lake. But, do note that the lake is not a fresh water lake. Decent shelter areas to party, nice fishing spots and rentals available for kayaking and biking. I will recommend this place.

Beautiful park, very big with plenty space to have fun with kids and pets, go for a run, take pictures… enjoy yourselves. The parking lot is huge so you don’t have to worry about it. I’m sure it’s a great place to visit over summer as well

North Park is a great place to picnic, play soccer, kayak, and take photos. The kayak launch/gold star area is a great place to see herons, osprey, and more, just watch out for water snakes. Marshall Island and the skating rink area are great places to see the eagles and more herons, geese, and song birds. Plus there are lots of insects and flowers all over the park to visit and photograph.
