I would give 5 star review - the care was exceptional and the doc/nurse that treated my daughter was very friendly and made her feel at ease. However, since my daughter had a bad cough, I asked for an excuse to allow OTC cough syrup to be taken to school. She looked at me as if I had a third eye and said I shouldn't need one, a parent note would be fine. I wasn't going to argue at that time but should have, because school policy is a pain in the butt with parent needed to go to school to administer the OTC, as well as parent must pick it up at end of day if child is to bring it home. Be adamant about GETTING a doctor's note if you REQUEST one. I should have been more persistent, however she should not have been so dismissive about it.

I usually would choose this place over the Med Express down the street. But I took my neighbor down there who had pneumonia to be seen. We arrived almost an hour before closing and was told he would have to come back tomorrow. I can see if it was 5 minutes before closing. The ladies that treat patients here have always been nice. But the long waits and scheduling issues make it difficult to recommend this place
