If you have upstairs neighbors be prepared to hear every footstep, cough, and bed creak; the walls are VERY thin. Also, when we first moved in management had told us a deep clean was done, and that couldn’t be further from the truth. Everything was super dirty, especially in the kitchen behind the stove and fridge along with sticky cabinets. Way overpriced for what you get, would not recommend.

Great, responsive staff. When we had an issue with anything going on in the apartment, which was few and far between, they would handle it almost immediately. These are byfar the best apartments with the best value per dollar that I have seen and experienced in Pittsburgh. Virtually sound proof in the bedrooms and can't hear the other neighbors. The only noise you get is from the hallways connecting the apartments but everyone on campus is very respectable and quiet. A diverse and safe community made possible by regular events held by the Royal Manor staff. A Laundromat on campus! I don't know what could beat it.

Working on getting an apartment here to live with some family and was very pleased and impressed by the space, service, and everything included. A lot to do in the area and very safe feeling of community. I feel like I will be very happy and comfortable and would definitely recommend any couple or people to start their life here!

Slightly on the pricy side and you better believe that when you move out they are gonna hold on to a good chunk of the deposit. Other than that it was great. The staff were friendly, there are community events, maintenance issues are resolved ASAP, grounds are keep clean, and its walking distance to La Roch. If you are thinking about renting in the area at lest check it out.
