Walked in for a thumb laceration. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Took my information and had me wait about 5 minutes before I was called to the back. The NP Laura?Lauren? was great to work with. She was very pleasant, stitched me up, and sent me on my way. All this took about an hour. Large, clean, and update facility.

They completely botched my wife's rapid and PCR sample collection, leading to false negatives on both. By my wife's description of the sample method, it was clearly botched, and the false negatives disagreed with two NAAT tests and a rapid antigen test and a professional rapid test elsewhere.

I was seen fairly quickly. Once I got into the exam room I accidentally tipped over a basin of cleaning fluid, the nurses took it in stride and others came in to help. My only problem is that the X-ray technician asked me to turn my foot in a position that was very uncomfortable.
