Appliance frequently break down and the apartments need frequent repairs. Proper repairs are rarely done. Centro appears more than happy to spam resident with emails about food trucks and competitions, but it won't provide accurate information or updates about important matters, such as when facilities will be open.

Excellent place to live, excellent attention from the administrative staff, with efficient maintenance staff, it is a very nice, quiet, clean and safe place, I fully recommend it.

****DO NOT LIVE HERE. ***This place’s maintenance takes FOREVER. The bathroom tile lifted and 3 tiles fell off the wall, there was black mold behind the tiles. We put in a work order 2 weeks ago, two maintenance guys came at two different times and NEVER fixed the problem, the first guy just said, “someone who is in charge of the bathroom space will come around next week”. That week gets here and another guy came and took a glance, and just said that he has to contact someone else. WHEN is this going to get fixed?!? Its been 2 weeks and I’m starting to get worried health wise because my I am starting to get a sore throat out of no where! Mold can cause so many health problems when inhaling it in overtime. This is ridiculous. Rent is over $2000+ for a place that tiles get lifted off the bathroom wall with mold. Still waiting on it to get fixed. Let me also add that there is an ANT problem in our kitchen as well. As you can see that many reviews are involving pest control. Before you even think about living here, please reconsider, it is NOT WORTH IT. Do not waste your money here.
