Love this Wendy’s it’s 10x better than Steubenville Wendy’s. Everyone is nice and food always tastes fresh.

This Wendy's location is hit or miss depending on the crew that is working. Some of them take pride in their work, others appear to not want to be bothered.

Only giving it a 1 star because the drive-thru was fast this time. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and it was without a doubt the worst I've had ever. Chicken was hardly warm, pickle chips tasted old,and fries were cold and soggy. Staff must have been more concerned with closing in 35 minutes than they were about the food that people paid for. Service at the window was almost as cold as my food.

Please fire all the staff and get new ones. Worse wendys in the tri state area. Always get cold old food. On top of that, you say you do not want something in specific on your sandwich and bam there it is. Cant even follow simple directions. Will never get my business again period.
