My service was excellent yesterday but when I stopped in Friday there was no one there but the girls working but they didn't have time to take me in which didn't make sense I don't care if people called in or not they weren't there

Casey did a wonderful job!! I am so happy with the haircut she did. I will be returning to this great clips when i need a haircut again. She was very friendly too. I hope she will be there again. Very very satisfied with Casey

I realize it was a strange request but the receptionist really embarrassed me in front of everyone. I am a doll collector and needed a last minute haircut on a toddler boy doll for a professional photoshoot that evening. I told her I needed the doll's hair cut(it is a wig) and she said loudly "We don't cut doll's hair!" I asked her why not and she replied "because it's fake!!" I asked her if she knew of another place willing to do it and fortunately for me a stylist piped up, offering to do it. This receptionist/stylist is in a picture from another review here, the one with dirty blonde hair in ponytail. The younger stylists were very nice,friendly, and curious about my doll so for them, I would give 5 stars but this woman deserves 0 stars, hence 3 stars for my experience. The haircut wasn't done well but I'm letting it slide because it is a wig, the young stylists were totally sweet and friendly but this older woman, NO, she was out of line. She has no business working with the public with that attitude that EMBARRASSED ME in front of others. She also looked like she partied all night and went straight to work. That doesn't embody hair and beauty standards in that field. I will walk out of that place to get my own hair cut if I see her again. To the rest of the staff..thank you for working with an out of the ordinary request. You were all sweet.

The prices were very reasonable! My fiancee, my son, and I all went in for haircuts and it was only $40. I took my daughter in a few days later and she got a super cute haircut for under $20. All of our haircuts looked great! I hate getting my hair cut because I've had so many bad cuts over the years. When I came to Great Clips, I had pics of cuts I liked and asked the beautician if they would work for me based on my hair texture and thickness. She was really helpful and told me if I wanted to still be able to put it into a ponytail, she would have to cut it a little longer. She did - and I love it! She did a great job and I had a new look and no more scraggly ends. Within 10 mins from start to finish. It didn't appear to me that they offered anymore services besides a haircut. So if that's all your looking for, I highly recommend Great Clips. For corrective coloring or more complex services, I recommend a high end salon. You totally get what you pay for with those types of services. Also, I recommend leaving a good tip at Great Clips. The ladies in there work really hard - business was brisk both times I went. I imagine they don't pay as much as fancier salons. So tip well ;)
