Only place in town I can find the plant my cat likes to eat. I also feel they have the best selection for cats. They also meet the needs of several other animals including dogs, lizards, and fish. I like the fact they have an area where cats from the humane society can get adopted. The staff in the grooming area were wonderful. Our puppy is super shy and doesn't care much for water. The woman we worked with was excellent with her. She knew exactly how to handle our dog. I come here to buy the baked dog treats as well.

Staff is very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. It’s nice to hear them acknowledge customers as we walk in & thanked after purchasing. They even offer to help carry purchases to my vehicle whenever I have larger items. Employees smile & seem to enjoy their job. Store is always clean & well stocked. Managers Mike & Beth are wonderful.

Just recently visited this store for Fromm dog food which is hard to find a store that will stock it. The service in these Pet Supplies Plus stores is okay. They are designed for easy in and easy out.

I've been shopping here since they opened. No place has a wider selection of dog food, period. The store is always mint perfectly stocked and displayed! The dog wash is cool and the fact that you can bring your pets with you inside the store is wonderful. That alone brings smiles to everyone. Staff is ***always helpful and friendly and I'm so grateful they carry sympathy cards for pets. Bentley-approved!!!

So far I've seen birds, betta fish, and fish, snakes, lizards, geinie pigs, ferrets, and they adopt out cats that are already fixed. Sometimes they change things up so most of the time it can be a mystery.

They have a clinic open every Sun w/a Vet on duty for microchipping & shots. I know the hrs start at 10 just not sure if its till noon or 1 pm
