My brother, Craig, and I were supposed to have a handicap accessible room with a roll-in shower for me. We we there for our dad's calling hours and funeral. We didn't get that. We had a bathtub that I had to slide into. Well, I ended up with bruised butt bones, and broken tailbone 'cause I thuded down when I slid in, 'cause the grab bars wouldn't let me lower myself down safely. And, the shower hose wouldn't reach me very well, as I had to sit in the bottom of the bathtub to shower. The bed, well it was too high and hard to get into it. We needed a wheelchair accessible room, but didn't get it. But the breakfast was awesome!

If I could give zero I would. Extremely irritated. So June 15 I booked a 2 bed queen size standard room for 1 night cost over 200$. Got email confirming reservation and beds. June 20 get email stating I have a 1 king bed room. Immediately called and got run around called manager and basically told same thing that they don't know what happened. Won't reduce cost of room and basically got told sorry bout you luck.

Absolutely the worst hotel we attempted to stay at. For the low low price of nearly 200 after garbage fees and taxes, you too can be put in a room that has live bed bugs on the pillow, carpet beetles on the wall, and a ton of random peoples hair on the bed and in the bathroom! Don’t like it? Complain for a free upgrade to a room that reeks of dog on a floor where “they don’t allow dogs”, some how has even more hair, cobwebs on walls and ceilings, and the opportunity to get bit by yet another bug! I would give this place negative stars if I could. I will never stay at this chain again, which is disappointing as my family had decent to pleasant stays at this chain this very week in two other states.

While this is clearly an older hotel, and there is signage throughout the lobby area stating that a remodel in scheduled in the near future, it was clean and comfortable. There's something to be said for older buildings and the quality of noise barriers with stronger and better construction. It was so very nice to be able to get a good night's sleep in a relatively quiet room. There were guests in the room above me on the 3rd floor that did a strange stomping from one end of the room to the other. But the white noise coming from the air unit drowned out most of the noise. I'll never understand why so many people aren't considerate of guests in rooms below them. All in all, I'd stay here again.

Its a nice town, and the all-around best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at.
You sure can rent by the week, or night. I would ask you see if they have any special rates for a week
