We arrived about 45 minutes before closing, so the store was in disarray but was still up to par. That being said my issue was with the staff. I get it, at the end of the day, you just want to clock out and go home. But when you work in customer service it's literally your job to be personable and respectful to your customers until you're off the clock. Especially when they are being overly apologetic for checking out RIGHT at closing time. I get it everyone had their moments but out of the EIGHT employees that were just standing up front (leaning against the counters and walls, just WAITING for us to walk on the door) only TWO of them said thank you or have a good night etc.
