I went thorough the drive thru tonight, 1st complaint it took over 10 minutes for someone to take my order, a bean burrito and steak quesadilla, wait time after that was minimal but 2nd complaint my food was disgusting - bean burrito literally had NOTHING but beans in it and it was cold, steak quesadilla was cold , cheese wasn't melted and there were random pieces of tomato in it??? I'm not sure what going on here but I have noticed a decline in service and quality and will be taking my business else where.

We pulled up during business hours the lights was not on on the menu and they messed our order up I was extremely dissatisfied with their service

HOLY MOLY!!! The drive thru girl was awesome!!! Confirmed my online orser (nobody has EVER done that before... ) received my drink immediately, and i got napkins and she was extremely pleasant!! Short staffed just like everyone else I just wish they could take the time to give napkins, and receipts... I shouldn't HAVE to ask for them...

Memorial drive taco bell customer service rocks!! They were swamped and still tried their best to get my meal together and as fast as they could!! They had no help!!! Good job girls you truly are amazing!

For one the drive thru is always really busy and have huge order (two) the people working there are NOT morons let me see you or anyone else jump on line and try to make two 12 packs or more in less then 2mins you have to realize they work as quick as they can to get your food to you some times it dose take 15 to 20 mins to get orders out it just depends on how much someone orders so take in some thought about what they have to do

Be patient. When new people start it takes a minute to get the hang of things. If you're a cook then you have multiple orders to fill at the same time. We were all new at one time or another.
