Do not ever work here I am warning you now. I had recently applied and went through what seemed like a normal hiring process with Mary. After working 2 weeks and receiving no pay I had spoken to my hiring manager and head director of payroll named Keith. They proceeded to tell me I never had my paperwork done and never was filed in the system as official hired (mind you I already worked here for 2 weeks clocked in and worked 8 hour shifts! That is illegal to then say I do not deserve pay because I was never actually “hired”) After several weeks of dishonesty and fighting back and forth with management. I got the BBB involved and another department they locked me out the building so I could not come in finally gave me a call at now 3 weeks later and had my check waiting on the desk of $1500 of back pay. Please do not TRUST these people. Imagine how they treat the elders!

I recently was the director of nursing and left due to the risk to my nursing license. The corporate management is bismal. What does it say when there's no executive director, no buisness director, no marketing director, no dietary director (was a 14 yr. Employee), and now no nursing director. All management left, and 5 nursing staff left in 1 week. There's only 1 housekeeping staff. There's alot of drama and lack of care being given, despite my hard work. I did also have my in-laws there, and have since moved them to another facility due to medication errors. since working there the cops had been to Gramercy 9 times. That is NOT normal. The residents are lovely and very friendly. One thing I do miss. But staff is not trained properly and there have been many medication errors. I had to call APS twice and the state. They did remodel.... the first floor and the lower level. The lower level did leak water and flood at times. 2nd floor is not remodeled and what is being remodeled is basically a bandaid. If your thinking about putting family there, I would look elsewhere first

I am forever grateful for the staff at Gramercy Hill...everyone has been so caring and helpful since my sister's move-in.....she LOVES it because she feels safe and secure. I am equally impressed with the extra touches provided to make her feel comfy and cozy! Kudos to the entire staff. She and I both rest easier knowing we made the PERFECT choice with Gramercy Hill.

Yes they do. I would call and see if they have any rooms available for the Medicaid waiver residents.
