Nice people. The hold music is atrocious, and I no longer find joy in living.

Worst state DMV I've dealt with out of many. There is a fee attached to everything. They claim they don't forward mail if you renew your registration online. There was no issue with the bill being forwarded when it comes to them wanting to be paid, recived that no problem. Staff has been rude without provication every visit. Nobody is happy to visit a DMV, that's common concensus. The staff seem to be employed to make you loathe the DMV, sad.

I hate changing residences and find the experience very stressful so I had prepared myself for a stressful afternoon. I discovered I didn't have the right paperwork to be able to get my plates and the Sheriff's deputies were so helpful. They helped me stay calm, figure out a solution and took very good care of me! The young lady at the title and plate window was equally awesome and we had a great visit while she got me my new plates and transferred my title! Thanks for making this potentially stressful situation so much easier!

-100 stars if I could, the guy at the dor this evening rude, I'm disabled and he walked pass me 3 times out side trying to take off my tag , do you think he offered to help me ? NO , he watched me for 45mins try to get it off and when I finally did a 4:36pm, he shut the door in my face, told me was to late come back tomorrow, that they were all cashed out already, he was rude and disrespectful and didn't give one thought to being of any help so ever to some one who is handicapped. I hope get feel really good about himself This is not the last he will hear of me !!

For a driver's license you'll need to bring in: - proof of citizenship or lawful status (passport works) - proof of NE residency (2 documents from different sources) - proof of social security number or exemption (social security card works) Exact paperwork options outlined here: https://dmv.nebraska.gov/sites/dmv.nebraska.gov/files/doc/dls/verificationdocs.pdf DMV webpage on what paperwork you need to bring for a driver's license: https://dmv.nebraska.gov/dl/new-nebraska-resident-drivers-licensing
About $25 to $30 dollars depends and you will need papers that you will ask to sign and some mail to prove that you are now living in the resident of wherever in Nebraska
7:00 am Monday thru Friday
DMV closed state wide. They have a drop box out front. Please call them with questions. They are there inside working with the ones dropping it off in the drop box.
Yes it can
Yes, you can renew or update your license information at this office.
Yes, it is.
No proof of insurance is needed to register a trailer.
To my understanding, you have to do it within 30 days for both. The DMV on O St only does driver's license. The DMV on 46th does only registration and renewals.
I don't have any idea Often we go inside
20- there's a practice test online for an operator license
Certificate of title and sales paper along with your I.D
I believe they are are only available online now at https://dmv.nebraska.gov/manuals
Just like Raimy said plus your ID and some money lol.
Your doctor must submit a form to the State DMV
Yes correct but you should be driving in the right lane and only use the left Lane to pass that is what the law states.
Approximately 2 weeks.
625 n 46th street
The cost is based on the value of the car not what you paid for it and you can call them to find out.
It should work.
Yes you can
No, you can only do the exams at the west O location
Bring your registration and the plates off the vehicle
Bring in your ID. Your signature on the application for duplicate title can be notarized there.
If you are moving from another state into Nebraska, you will need your title and registration from the state you're moving from. If you purchased a vehicle with an out of state title, you need that title and the bill of sale. In either case, the vehicle must be present as well.
yes you can but Chris is right you will have to pay at least least $3
No County Attorney located here. City County Building located approximately 555 S 10th St has attorney office.
Go on line at dmv.nebraska.gov/services. Select vehicle and it will take you to specialty (vanity) plates. You need to check with the DMV has your message available. Fill out the form on line, or you can mail it, or appear in person. I did mine yesterday and got approved today. Good luck!
8am- 4:15pm precisely
You have to come in to the dmv, get a new title in your name, and pay sales tax. At that point you can sell the vehicle.
I'm sure you would need an ID maybe a birth certificate you proof of the divorce and I think that's it
If you have a valid license, you don't need to take a written test.
Yes!
Yes you can!
No.
Per their website you can request address change for vehicle registration. If you need to update your driver license you need to do it in person.
Yes several. You will need to bring your identification along such as current drivers license or state issued ID card.
You are required to have liability insurance. Meaning you have to cover damage you cause to others. Full coverage, meaning it includes liability and comprehensive (covers damage to your property) is not required. However if you owe on your vehicle the finance company may required you full coverage but not the DMV.
Title needs to be changed to your name and you will probably have to have your Mom go with you and a copy of death certificate for your Father. You should be able to do it all there.
Go to dmvnebraska.gov find the tab and put in your licence info it will tell you info on it
Cost depends on your vehicle. Your renew notice should have that. You'll need your renew notice and proof of insurance. If you do not have your renew notice then you will need a valid Nebraska ID or proof of residency. They accept any letter delivered to you at your address as proof of residency. All this info is available at their website and included in the renewal notice.
Enter inside the front doors of the lobby turn to your left on front wall black box.
Yes, for a fee.
Monday through Friday.
Yes they do drive tests here, the route could be any where but going down is a safe bet.
If there was no vehicle trade involved in your purchase, a good ball park estimate is ten percent.
