Was told I can come in and sell a laptop after given the specs to a Nice individual (didn’t catch their name) over the phone but when I came into the building, instantly I got a bad look from one of the associates who made it very apparent he didn’t not want to help me. Once given my item he wasn’t to pleasant to talk too and kept complaining about the item I had. After some inspection he told me he won’t take the item because of the year although I was told over the phone it was fine. I understand some pc’s are quick to be out dated, but please don’t physically show a customer you do not want to help him. I about left just because I did not feel welcomed. I’m sure theyre are great people that work there but this gentleman needs a revaluation over what’s customer service is and I’m not sure if it really was the year of my pc or the fact he didn’t want to help.

Not a store you want to deal with. Only cares bout his pocket. Their math is very fuzzy. You pay for interest up front. THIEVES!

I have had a history of good business here and was so satisfied that I took a job here and lost my ability to be a customer for the future while I'm still employed. I have found out in the meantime that items I used to be able to get a little 20 dollar loan on, no one else would even take the time to talk to me. We try to be as fair as possible, we operate on fair guidelines as far as what can be offered for an item. We really do try to give our customers the best outcome. We are still a business, I feel bad when I have to tell someone that the item they bought for 200 bucks, new; is now only worth 40-50. It sucks. But everything sold loses value once it's sold. Look at cars, for example, new $30,000 car leaves the lot, next day it's worth 15 to 20,000.
