Due to illness the Legacy is on quarantine until Monday. There is a sign on the entry doors with an explanation.
Our fitness trainers will design a special program for each resident depending on their needs and goals after doing a physical assessment. Our fitness centers are staffed with trainers at least five days a week and residents can workout on their own at other times after a one-on-one equipment training session. We also offer multiple classes for strength, balance and flexibility throughout the week. Most importantly, we have so much fun while we keep our bodies healthy!
