Great location!! and I liked my actual apartment. BUT....you're on your own when it comes to assistance with staff. (aside from Danielle... she is lovely , but met her the last week I lived there) They absolutely rip you off when you move out. EX: I had to pay for damages on items I was trying to get fixed my whole lease! ex: blinds/ a door. $285 misleading charges... $250 HOLES IN WALL (cus I hung a few pictures) 250$ TRASH REMOVAL (cus I left a shelf on the wall) so just be mindful of that moving out... they get cha ;) Also, I lived without a dishwasher because no one would come fix it, and went without AC for a whole week. No one would even respond to me to fix it after numerous attemts. I had to stay in a hotel and they could careless about any financial assistance for that. Anyways, I'm not one to complain, but just wanted to help the next person!!! Blessings, Paula

I’ve lived here for the past 6 years. I’m very happy Cushman & Wakefield is the new management company. Leasing agent, Danielle, has been amazing. She’s very polite and most importantly, extremely professional. Whenever I have a concern or questions, she’s always there to assist the best way she can. I really appreciate the follow up calls I receive from her after a maintenance request has been completed!

Went in to tour and after the tour it was very hard to get in touch with the leasing team so we started filling out the application; our application was not even finished yet and they ran our credit report without our knowledge or consent. My partner and I decided to go with another building but renter beware of unethical practices and stay away from this building.

RENTER BEWARE! The lobby looks lovely and the model apartment they show you. THEY SHOW YOU WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO SEE—but the REALITY: urine coated carpeting throughout ALL the hallways, poor design where you can TOTALLY hear your upstairs neighbors coughing, sneezing, walking into ALL hours of the night and morning. NIGHTMARE of a building that lacks safety, any sort of protection. Very DIRTY. very SMELLY. Broken appliances, NO ONE TO FIX THEM. No staff. Broken pool heater since January, it is now almost June. Broken TV outdoors, you cannot entertain. The smell of animal urine is even on the outdoor sidewalks, and leading to pool. It’s everywhere. *SAFETY CONCERN: There are airbnb rentals on every single floor, which means total strangers in your building. *IMPORTANT NOTE: MANY TENANTS ARE IN ACTIVE LITIGATION WITH THE COURTS SUING THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AND THEREFORE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE A PUBLIC REVIEW* Do not rent here. Don’t do it to yourself.
