I've been coming to this pharmacy for over a decade. Yes, it's kind of a mess now, but customers are verbally abusive to pharmacy staff. Who would want to work under those conditions? Try to understand what they're dealing with- staffing shortage, product delays due to shipping and manufacturing issues. I agree, it makes me mad that the phone is not answered, but it's not their fault, and they are coming to work where people come in ill and they risk their own health by showing up. I will keep coming here and I hope things get better.

The pharmacy almost never answers the phone anymore. This place used to be well-staffed and reasonably quick at the counter, but for the last several months there aren’t enough pharmacy employees to handle everything. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions.

This is my favorite pharmacy. I'm always treated with respect and I'm never grilled on any of my medication, including if I get pain management medicine. Other pharmacies can treat you like a second class citizen because you take pain management medication. All my questions are answered so I understand everything. The staff are amazing and super friendly. The best pharmacist is definitely Adam, he goes out of his way to treat you with respect and will give you his full attention if you need any help. He has been on vacation and is greatly missed. It will be nice to see him return. I will add that this store is seriously understaffed and I can see the fallout on the staff as they try to please everyone and unfortunately there are a lot of not so nice people out there. To be clear you do have to consider that if someone is visiting the pharmacy then they are probably not at their best moments. I can be snappy when I'm not feeling well. The corporation would do well to give this pharmacy the proper staffing so the current staff don't burn out, this is a hard job. Keeping sick people happy. I can't even imagine. My deliveries are always perfect. On time with no errors. Thanks for your hard work guys, hopefully Rite Aid will recognize that you need some extra bodies.
Coffee Break
Understaffed. Nothing on the shelves. Empty isles. Employees are helpful and eager to assist, but seem unhappy with management. Asked a staff member, was told hours were cut. Now hiring sign at the front door and now hiring signs in parking lots. If staff is needed, give staff hours. Might help to keep things stocked and staff happy?
