Worst panda I've ever been to. I spent 154 dollars on catering from this place for a party. When picking it up cook in back chuckled as he told his coworker that he made that catering order yesterday, I played it off as a stupid joke. The food was horrible, dry, breading falling off of the chicken, tasteless noodles and rice. The food I recieved honestly looked worse then the fresh stuff on display at the store, makes me think the cook really did prep my catering order the day before. Disgusting food for what was supposed to be a nice party. Waste of 154 dollars.

Made the mistake of going there today. Thought I'd give us a break. Not here. First, our arrival: WE WERE FIRST! Second, our order:$80 Third, the time:11:09 was stamped on our receipt. We received our food after 11:35!! We literally had to watch people leave with hot food while they let our food sit. When my wife brought it to their attention, they gave here LIES about how the stainless counter is hot enough to keep the food safe. If that's true, serve that to your friends and family coming in but give us PAYING customers the fresh food we pay for. We watched the place fill up and empty TWICE before they made a fake sad face and told me OUR order still wasn't ready. I should thank them, though. I have VERY little free time and their maltreatment has set me back not less than a week. LESSON LEARNED!!! Thanks, Panda Tanasbourne! I won't bother you again.

Use to be great but with the raising of prices on the items and reducing portions I will spend my money elsewhere. ~$8 gets you only 1 scoop You are better off spending a few bucks more for a meal at a dine in restaurant

Wow, this place is seriously a waste. It used to be halfway decent many years ago, but now, you have to watch your order like a hawk to make sure they don't forget things or give you a suuuper tiny portion. Here's what I mean... Tonight my husband went to pick up food for our family. It's hard to keep track when you're ordering a lot of meals, but it shouldn't be up to the customer to make sure they get everything ordered. So here's how it all turned out. The teriyaki chicken had zero sauce cup in the bag and none on the chicken either. The super greens, on their website it shows that it's like 90% broccoli with some kale and cabbage in it, yeah... Try 95% cabbage with a few flecks of kale and ZERO broccoli! See my photo of that one! The mushroom chicken was about three tablespoons of food with NO CHICKEN IN IT! Well, if you want to count the small sliver of chicken that I found in it, it had one piece. It was almost entirely mushrooms. What an absolute joke! I posted a pic of that too. Really disappointing. Side note, I find it utterly ridiculous that they don't offer any tofu dishes anymore. They used to have eggplant with tofu that was so good! But now that is only available in California locations. Sorry, but that was a popular dish I wish they'd bring back. However what difference would it make, with the downhill trajectory, it's only a matter of time before they have to shut down. This place is not even worth it as a fast food option its gotten so bad.

They are probably busy. 5 PM is one of their peak service hours, so they were more than likely tending to in-store customers. If they aren't answering their phones, going in is always the next best option!
