I have tried this pharmacy for a year now, and am moving on from a most abusive bipolar relationship that I have been a victim of. The pharmacists at this location do not care for others, and will not do a job which enables the proper dosing and medicating of customers. The workers will not open on time or within a window of a half hour afterwards, and will leave early without taking up new prescriptions or entering data into the system. Customers do not matter to these workers, heed this review or be a victim yourself. If you want a proper image of this location, go to an ant hill and fill the main nest hole with concrete, you will see a new hole form well before these inconsiderate employees figure it right to offer their services (experiences vary, the workers typically do not work).

Customer service in pharmacy is beyond belief. Maria store manager is catatonic. Pharmacy manager mimics Maria. Do not hand them your bank card. Terrible experience.

Bad customer service. Bought a bag of mints and it rang up incorrectly. Advised cashier of this and got the exasperated sigh. No one in line and he was walking around because he didn't have anything to do so I went back the aisle and took a pic for him. Got it rang up correctly and he short changed me. Let him know nicely and he got the correct change but slammed the money tray. Did not appreciate that attitude. If you go, pay attention to the purchases as it looks like it may not get updated timely and could ring up a different price. And use a card to pay instead.

My experience with Walgreens today was absolutely awful. I had an appointment for a flu vaccine and arrived 15 minutes beforehand as they asked. It took 25 minutes for them to print out and give me the paperwork (which I had filled out online but apparently it somehow didn't go through). Then it took another 15-20 minutes for them to be ready to administer my flu vaccine. In the roughly 45 minutes they forced me to wait around, two different Walgreens associates were wandering around in the area with their masks off their nose, so I was doing my best to shift around and stay away from them. I just realized that Hillsboro Pharmacy on Main Street does vaccines, and I will now avoid Walgreens if at all possible.

I've seen people cut in front of long lines. The staff have to step up.
