This place is great. The staff is really friendly and make great boba. They also play great music. I’m very thankful for this place. Make sure you order the Taro…. My only gripe is customers who come in right before the store closes and expects them to have everything. I’ve seen so many disrespectful customers come in 2 minutes before close and it’s a waste to make more boba right before the store closes.

Phone ordered my drink ahead of time. I ordered a honey oolong milk tea, with 30% sweetness and light ice, no toppings. Came in to pick up and my drink and it looked a little dark so I asked the guy if it was oolong he said 'yeah'. I figured maybe I'm having an off day and the guy works here so he must know what he's talking about. I order the same drink all the time and it's a pretty simple order. Went outside took a sip. Walked right back in and had said this isn't oolong. He said okay I'll remake it. Got my drink and the cup was filled almost all the way with ice. Probably about an inch was no ice. I asked if it was made with light ice and they said yeah. This whole situation was frustrating because first my drink the meet up first time. If a customer asks if the drink is correct at least double check instead of saying yeah when clearly the customer thinks the drink was made incorrectly. I would've been much happier if the drink was remade the first time instead of me having to walk back inside after I just asked if the drink was the right one. Then I got my drink and the cup was almost all ice. Not coming back even though they give a nice military/first responders discount. Not a good experience. Id much rather pay a dollar more to go to another tea spot and not have up to spend ten minutes going back and forth about my drink.

Have tried this several times now, first time ordered off the menu and drink was too sweet, realized that you can customized sweetness. Came back second time and adjusted to 30% sweetness - still a bit sweet but tolerable. Came back to try out the no sugar option - indeed NO SUGAR. Overall I would come back, hit or miss on customer service, last visit the person I ordered from had the discipline to ask ice and sweetness level of drink.
