What’s fun about this location is you never know what’s going to happen. Sometimes you get the pizza you ordered an hour later than estimated. Sometimes it’s in the “portal” but they never let you know. Sometimes they never finish your order at all! My favorite one though was while waiting an hour for my order in the lobby one employee sat at the front and turned every customer after me away with a “sorry we aren’t selling anything anymore” and when pushed for details would give some excuse that they were out of ingredients or they didn’t have anyone working there to make pizza. It was incredible. Eventually she went to the back and told the other employees that she “saved” them by turning away everyone. I finally went back and asked them if they would ever finish my online order and what do you know? It had been sitting back there the whole time :) truly an exciting experience!

My experience here was awful. I ordered my pizza and saw and they told me there would be a 15 minute wait and I was okay with that and then 20 minutes later I came up and asked and they said just 10 more minutes and then i went and sat down and watched one of the dudes in the back pull his saggy pants up and wipe his nose before continuing to grab the breadsticks with his unclean hands. Then after 30 minutes of still not getting the pizza I went up and asked for a refund nicely cuz it was just taking to long and I wasn’t really interested in having that pizza anymore🤢 and they said they would have their manager issue my refund that night. Never got the refund or the $30 worth of pizza which I guess would have had boogers on it. No thank you little Caesar’s.

I ordered pizza online from this place, it took over half an hour and nothing happened so i headed to the store. They said they would have cancelled my order if I didn’t come in? Took half an hour and I finally got my food. They asked to see my order and somehow, my WHOLE ORDER was messed up. The pizza was in two separate boxes, the breadsticks had NOTHING on them. They even gave us extra fresh breadsticks because they felt bad, but literally nothing on them. I had to add parmesan cheese to the breadsticks. My pizza should’ve been half onions, and then half pepperonis and black olives. Onions was on all of the pizza, the pizza was half cold, and both halves were in two different boxes? Terrible experience.

Great pizza! But when I walked in we waited 15 min, nothing, not even an acknowledgment showing that they knew I was there! So I said in a clear voice "Can someone help us?" Nothing, so a couple minutes later I repeated in a louder voice "Can some help us?" Again, nothing! I literally had to tell "Can someone help us!" Before someone finally noticed me! So summery: great pizza but the WORST customer service!

I believe it is an extremely rare case if Little Caesars deliver, and in those cases, I'm sure a contract has to be drawn up...
