The only reason this hotel has two stars instead of three or even four was that the gym was in total disrepair. There was water cups, but no actual water!? The pop machines did not work. The hot tub "jets" were pointed up and were so strong that the water literally flew out of the hot tub by about a foot or so!! I don't believe that they were actual jets more than back pressure from the skimmers?? Not usable at all. Breakfast was decent and there was tons of parking.

Really solid place. Nothing surprising in a good way. Checkin and checkout were painless, rooms were clean, and bed was comfortable. Showers were very nice. Solid rest for tired travellers.

Great location for our needs. The bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned prior to arrival. There was a wad of toilet paper in the toilet and urine spots on the toilet rim. There was also a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain. I cleaned up the bathroom and resumed my stay. Probably due to short staffing.

They are. It is a straight shot in and then they have rooms on the first floor as well as elevators. They also had a lift for the pool.

Is hot tub/Jacuzzi by pool usable yet .

After staying at liberty lakes quality inn for nearly 2 weeks. I dont know what or who i have to speak to on why i have yet to get an explanation on why i was charged a random $101.00 for. Emailing the management has not explained.
