I am a returning guest at the hotel. There’s no air conditioning at all at the hotel. Stayed three days using fan that does not work either. They offered me the portable air conditioning they had at the front desk but it is not air conditioning just fan… the elevator still the old one takes four minutes to get to third floor. I made early arrival the room I got did not not hot water. It looked horrible with a door standing on the toilette. Amenity 21 usd for a mango juice? This is not definetely what they offered on internet. The wall where the “air conditioning” is installed looks disgusting once maybe they ac worked so there are signs of humidity. I paid 1,469.65 dollars for three nights. It’s overrated. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The location is great. But no more. Friendly staff. Still waiting for a reply from manager. I used to work for a travel agency and sent them so many guests there. Now all is different. Extremely disappointed by the experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sirtaj Hotel. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. In particular, Sunney, who was the bartender, was so nice and great to talk to. He was very encouraging when I told him about my upcoming interview. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Beverly Hills.

An incredible experience at a boutique hotel. The staff were all extremely personable and helpful. A very short walk to Rodeo Dr and a lot of incredible food.
