Wonderful vacation house right on the Beach with its own private unground pool and wooden walkway out to the Beach. Everything you need to sleep 6 adults and 4 grandsons… big kitchen/family room with Master Suite on the upper level; 4 bedrooms with laundry room in the lower floor-comfortable furniture. We’re having a great family vacation- making special memories!!

Property: Fiesta by the Seas The property itself wasn’t awful. A lot of burnt out lightbulbs and general shabbiness, but it wasn’t dirty or gross. The bedrooms, except the master were tiny. And one of them didn’t have any windows or closet (not sure you can list that as a bedroom). Better Beach Rentals was really hard to work with. It’s been a couple of months and I’ve mostly let it go, but they were unresponsive. And didn’t communicate within the office that well. I kept getting “we’re short staffed.” I tried to be gracious, but they were consistently hard to get a hold of.

The house we stayed in, Incommunicado, was beautiful. It was about 1 block from a beautiful beach. The only thing I wish I had known is that the kitchen was on the 3rd floor, which made carrying groceries up all 3 flights was an issue. There wasn't an elevator..
