Absolutely top notch recording studio for all artists big or small-town. This place has the best feeling when being treated like welcomed family by the folks with Dark Horse! Not to mention the breathtakingly great gear & the many accommodations for high-end or lower budget level artists alike. A++ highly recommended 10/10

Love this place to record. The grounds and facilities are top notch, as is the engineer and front office staff. Robin, the owner, is down to earth and very accommodating. He's always around to make sure you have everything you need -- a great guy. The kitchen makes it very enjoyable for the musicians to eat, have coffee or just relax. I did vocal warm ups outside amongst the natural beauty. i saw and listened to some very cool birds and it helped me to relax. This place is in the country, and the design of the studio makes you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. I can't say enough about the place, except that I will be writing fast and furious just to get back. Thank you guys!

This place is beautiful! It is surrounded by winding quiet country roads. It is about a 10 minute drive to downtown Franklin. The moment I pulled in to the property I felt like I had stepped into a movie!
