Driver keeps leaving packages on my stone mailbox by the street. I’ve had a package stolen and FedEx will do nothing about it. The driver even leaves my HelloFresh food orders out there in the blazing sun instead of sitting packages by my garage or on my front porch. I have no gate or fencing, which they’ve claimed a gate prevents them doing their job. Laziness. Wish I could go without ever using FedEx; UPS always delivers to my door without issue.

Service is slow and horrible staff. Elijah and other lady both are so rude. I parked in the front and had the car engine on as I just had to drop and leave but she started complaining can you please turn the lights off it’s making me blind 🙄.
