Excellent presentation by Joseph Ricci. He was so knowledgeable and his passion for sharing about The Battle of Franklin through the eyes of the McGavock family was awesome. I would highly recommend taking this tour as well as Carter House and Rippavilla.

As a representative of a museum getting on Facebook and having emotional tirades with people she disagreed with isn't a good policy. It is one thing to present facts then there is a narrative with an agenda. Is this review trivial? So is getting on social media calling people names, especially with someone that had war tactics at the Citadel for one year.

Beautiful restored home and our tour guide made history come alive - highly recommend.

I visited Canton with my family and took the Slavery and Enslaved tour. It was Amazing! Our tour guide, Chrissy, was so informative and knowledgeable about not only Carnton but has does her own research on the people enslaved there. Highly recommend visiting and take time to look around at the house, grounds, and cemetery. Very moving.

I do believe 15 per person but they got e deal you can't miss, 3 places for 30 and very informative.I truly enjoyed learning more about history.
Yes, Henry Horton State Park is about 15 miles Southeast of there. A beautiful campground and park to see.
