I began using Damico about a year ago for scans and prints of my art work. Two of my original paintings were damaged when I picked them up from being scanned. The paint was scraped off in the upper corners. This was very upsetting since I’d never had to repair and a painting that had been varnished and I was on deadline for a festival. Michael made good on this issue so I continued to use them. Today I picked up prints and was shorted two from my order. When I got home to package them I discovered that they were not trimmed properly and would not fit in the mats or sleeves. The women working the front are wonderful and have been great about trying to resolve issues. However the production seems to have no quality control. I referred a friend who ordered numerous prints of her artwork and now has been there 4 times trying to resolve issues with her order.

We do! We also mount and stretch canvases, restore photos, and install fine art!
they are one in the same. We use the latest in inkjet printing which allows us to print on a variety of fine art materials. So our printing allows us to make both. Prices can vary based on materials and other options. My recommendation would be to call or stop by as I believe your best experience of understanding will be in person. But, let me know if this doesn't work for you and I will do the best I can to compile an email for you with the quotes for several of our options. Thanks!
